Even as final grades and fond goodbyes were being completed, Leary School of Virginia opened its annual ESY program, serving students from both schools and all local school jurisdictions. This year, the ESY program is being directed by Ms. Celestin and the program's theme for the summer will be World Peace. As in other ESY programs, our outdoor education program will be completing several overnight camping trips with the students including our annual trip to New Hampshire. Below is a picture of ESY students completing holiday crafts in honor of the Fourth of July holiday.

As we look back on the year, I would like to take this opportunity to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the parents, staff, volunteers, and job placement site supervisors who helped make the school year successful and productive for our students. Many thanks and best wishes for a restful and rewarding summer - see you in September!
