Job Site: Holyoke Drive (project #9)

Following the renovation project, another new home construction project was begun in November of 2002. This 2,700 square foot, two story, four bedroom home, which was started in November 2002, has two and a half baths and a full basement. The first floor contains a family room with a gas fireplace, a formal dining room, a large kitchen with oak Merillat cabinets, a half bathroom and a laundry room. There is also a utility room next to the laundry room that will provide additional storage. The staff and students also installed hardwood floors in the entryway. The second floor contains four bedrooms and two full baths. There is a large walk in closet in the master bedroom and a linen closet in the hall. There are two full porches - one on the first floor and a second that is accessed from the front bedroom on the second floor.
