Job Site: Culpeper Street #2


Next project for the jobsite program was adjacent to the renovation project on Culpeper Street. The work was initially begun in the fall of 1992 and was completed in two years. This has become the standard length of time it takes for homes to be completed by the Off Campus Work Experience program since the skills being taught are the most important part of this work.

This home was the first "stick built" project for the jobsite program and gave the students even more exposure to the various building skills. This home has a full basement and three bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a great room with a fireplace and a deck on the back of the house.
