Vision and Goals
The Leary School was replete with program activity that engaged students in their classrooms,
on the playing fields, camping trips and off-campus building homes as part of the work
experience program. Among the daily operational activities, time was set aside to plan
and strategize for the future, establishing annual priorities and a three-year Strategic
Vision Plan.
Some of the highlights include:
- Complete renovation of our Virginia campus to utilize new administrative and business
office.
- Submit key grants, including one for a training coordinator, to maintain and strengthen
the professional skills of Leary School staff and expand development outreach.
- Maintain and expand student referral base through agency outreach.
- Initiate a capital campaign allocated for a new or renovated Virginia facility.
